Magnet School
Magnet School provides learning experiences designed to prepare kindergarten through fifth grade students for the 21st century and beyond. Using innovative and challenging hands-on experiences, students participate in the regular academic curriculum based on the local, state, and national standards with a special emphasis on science, technology and math.
The focus of J.W. Stampley School is to offer students the opportunity to develop the knowledge and skills which will enable them to prepare for the future. With our mission in mind, we stress integrated, thematic, and rigorous instruction as students participate in an environment that enhances their learning styles. Borrowing from NASA's vision statement, as our children learn they will become explorers, pioneers, and innovators, boldly expanding frontiers in air and space, inspiring and serving America and benefitting the quality of life on earth.
